Hi, I’ve tried to update my listing as per the email last week. In my profile, I made a change to my website address (adding https rather than http) but it didn’t seem to want to save my email as it was highlighted in yellow and said the email belonged to another user. I moved onto my property listing and went through the tabs: Description, Pricing, Images. I added some new images. I clicked on Save but when I do that it doesn’t move me onto the Details tab. Instead I seem to go back to the Description tab which is now blank apart from the word ‘Edit’. I then seem to be stuck. When I re-start, the images have saved but the town field which I want to change reverts to the original. Also, my property isn’t showing up on the France page and there are posts from other countries there too. Thanks. Chris

    Hi Chris,

Did you update to https in Siteground? The problems that you are having may be due to a caching issue. Can you try clearing your cache or try using a different browser. If you still have problems I’ll ask Francis to get in touch with you

Hi. I tried Chrome and was able to go through the sequence in my listing to check everything was OK. However, there still seems to be an issue with the France magazine page and neither my property nor my posts are appearing on this page of The Soup. I got a map of France the first time I looked and then a map of Maine (although I had just been into the Maine magazine). I created a post on 29 Jan called A Little Bit of History Near Gavray and although it’s in the Soup, it’s not a post on the France page. The posts there are from different countries. Could you take a look at the France magazine page please to see if you see the same thing? It’s the same whether I use Safari or Chrome. Thanks, Chris
