According to the Comcast twitter feed here https://twitter.com/comcastcares outage should be resolved now.

SiteGround are currently experiencing connection issues which affect all our sites (and many of yours too).

Their notice says:

Dear Customer,

We were made aware of an connectivity issue between our upstream provider and the Comcast network.Our upstream provider inform us that the issue started at 4:25PM UTC and is on Comcast’s end. Unfortunately under the current circumstances we are unable to resolve the issue as its outside of our network.

We will keep monitoring the status of the issue and will keep you posted as soon as there are any updates.
